Check your device first
Installation, Home-screen replacement and available functions depend on your TV model, operating-system version and manufacturer restrictions. Check the installation guide and your device before purchasing. Some devices require extra setup; some may not allow TVApplaunchЯ to replace the default Home screen.
Compatibility can change
Future TV operating-system or manufacturer updates may prevent installing or using TVApplaunchЯ or certain Home-screen features, even if they work today. Third parties may block or remove installation methods or functionality outside our control. We cannot guarantee ongoing compatibility with any particular device, OS release or third-party service.
Consumer rights remain
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for restrictions imposed by third-party device makers, platform operators or operating-system providers that are outside our control. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor does it remove your statutory consumer rights or any refund or other remedies available under applicable law. If something does not work as expected, contact us using the developer contact details in our privacy notice.
